It supplies to defence forces, homeland security agencies, law enforcement bodies and defence OEMs in India and overseas, with about 65% of FY25 revenue coming from overseas sales. Revenue from operations was Rs 469.08 crore and profit after tax was Rs 72.76 crore in FY25, as per the DRHP. Total income fell 22% to Rs 369.94 crore in FY26 from Rs 474.39 crore in FY25. The IPO is a mainboard book-built issue proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE, structured entirely as an offer for sale of up to 1.81 crore equity shares of face value Rs 2 each by promoters and investor selling shareholders, with no fresh issue. The DRHP was filed on 4 August 2026, and the price band and issue dates have not been announced. As the offer is entirely an offer for sale, the company will not receive any proceeds from the issue.
